Salmon Tartare with Avocado, Quail Egg Yolk, and Caviar

Ingredients:

200g fresh salmon, finely diced
1/4 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
1 quail egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Caviart Kaluga caviar

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, mix the diced salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Gently place the seasoned salmon in a small ring mold on a plate for a neat presentation.
  • Top the salmon tartare with thin slices of avocado.
  • Crack a quail egg and carefully place the yolk on top.
  • Finish by adding a spoonful of caviar.
  • Serve immediately with toast or crackers on the side.
