Item Availability

The availability of an item is noted on the Product Detail page as one of these two categories: "In Stock" or "Coming Soon". Most items are In Stock and ready to ship. Some things are either not yet available (Coming Soon).

Please note that expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when it will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout and the location of your shipping address. Remote locations that are not readily accessible may require additional time to make delivery.

 

In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Example: if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 business days, it will leave our warehouse no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during Checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 

Shipping Methods And Costs

 

• Depending on the item(s) you purchase on worldfoodus.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available.
• At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and the value of the total order along with any applicable surcharges.
• Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during Checkout prior to the completion of your order.

 

Shipping Rules And Restrictions

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• Oversized items are shipped via a freight trucking company. Delivery is by appointment Monday-Friday depending on the area.
• The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. Your shipping and handling costs will be automatically calculated on the Shipping Options page of Checkout.
• You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until they have shipped.
• You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.
