Sturgeon Soup, Kharcho with Rice and Walnuts by EcoFood 1.1 lb | 530 g
Kharcho, also spelled as Harcho, is a traditional Georgian soup containing sturgeon, rice, cherry plum purée and chopped walnuts. The soup is usually served with finely chopped fresh coriander.
Sturgeon are very meaty with very firm flesh and is considered the “steak” of seafood
Store at a temperature of from 0 to + 25C and relative humidity of not more than 75%. Period of storage after opening: no more than 24 hours at a temperature from 0 to + 6C. PRODUCTS READY TO USE.
